Cheryl

Get Cheryl in Chrome.

Cheryl is a Chrome extension. She lives in the side panel next to your chart, reads it, asks what's missing, and drafts the PA letter. Setup takes about a minute.

๐Ÿงฉ  Add Cheryl to Chrome

Or open the Chrome Web Store and search for Cheryl.

1

Install from the Chrome Web Store

On the store page, click Add to Chrome, then Add extension in the dialog. That is the whole install. Chrome only, on desktop.

2

Pin Cheryl to your toolbar

Click the puzzle icon ๐Ÿงฉ to the right of the address bar, then the pin ๐Ÿ“Œ next to Cheryl. Now she is one click away on every chart.

3

Open the side panel on a chart

Go to any patient chart, EHR tab, or PA portal and click the Cheryl icon. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+C (โŒ˜+Shift+C on Mac). The side panel opens next to the page.

4

Sign in and read your first chart

Create an account or sign in right in the panel. A one minute setup asks who you are and your prescriber's NPI, and everything else fills in automatically. Then click ๐Ÿ“– Read Page on a chart, or paste chart text. Cheryl asks what's missing and drafts the payer specific PA letter.

Working with real patient data? Cheryl is built for PHI on a BAA covered pipeline. During beta, please de-identify pasted text where practical. Full details are in the in-panel agreements.
